So I did really good last night up until this moment!! OMG sometime you just have to go for it.

Monday starts off a new week and a fresh slate/plate! Today started off with some strength training in the morning and going to take in a little protein, Vega chocolate shakes, I will keep you posted on how it is!

It has been a very lovely Sunday I went swimming with my friend Natalie but not before I made us very berry smoothies to take with us. I made sure to add a little flax seed for some crunch!
After lots of swimming we went to grab sushi and lots of it, I had been without sushi for a good while so it was a nice change of pace. I am not really sure if you consider sushi healthy but I feel like it is not bad.... haha i guess I should ask my go to vegan Chad.
So far so good today we will see what dinner brings :)

I did not eat crocheted donuts but I did eat 2 Shipley's donuts for breakfast, not the best way to start the day but there is still time to recover. Saturday is my off day to workout so instead I went to a funeral and sweat uncontrollably so maybe I burned off 1 donut.
On a better note my lunch was a smoothie which had spinach, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and flax seed. Very yummy if I do say so my self, not a donut but still pretty darn good!

Tonight was date night so I did not really follow a great meal plan, it started with a Margarita and then another one, followed by Oysters!
Next after many yummy chips and verde sauce I had carne asada with guacamole and beans! All in all the best meal of the week but I will need to do something tomorrow to make up for the fatty content! I just might go for a long with the doggies :)
All in all today has been a wash, but I will restart tomorrow! Till then...

So first off I set a new record of 4 chin-ups, this may seem silly but my goal for the summer is five and I am gonna kill it! On another note I think my double workout yesterday made me a little exhausted today so I did not go up in weight else where.

Started the first meal of the day off with the Originator from JuiceLand which has fresh apple juice • banana • blueberry • cherry • peanut butter • rice protein • spirulina • flax oil

This is not me returning from the grocery store with only melons! But I did return with butt tons of veggies and fruits, it was almost a vegan trip!

Tonight's meal will consist of Tilapia, mushrooms and spinach. I know you want to be invited, but maybe next time!!
