Today has been smooth, I did cardio for an hour with Beyond Fit and then hit up Juiceland for my post workout meal!
The name is something crazy but it had PB, hemp seed, rice milk, protein, banana and spinach! I am not a big fan of peanut butter but it was very filling! (actually i hate PB but i still enjoyed it ;) )

So for lunch I had a shake with berries, broccoli, and greek yogurt....honestly it did not taste good but I ate it anyway! Motivated :)
Now on another excellent note I worked out AGAIN this evening!!! YAY lots of cardio for my tubby self.
For dinner as you can see here I had some asparagus with roasted chicken...a nice post cardio meal if I do say so myself woot woot
SADLY I ate 2 cake balls for dessert, what can I say I am not perfect!
