It is Monday and I am off to an excellent start to my week! Lifted heavy and worked hard today. One day at a time :)
Working hard this week, worked out Monday thru Saturday, and made some amazing gains. I am still having a hard time with the food angle, I feel like I am eating even more, and I def. not losing weight. If I could get my food under control I would be a badass, but as of now just a fat ass!! haha well not quite :)
