I am continuing being productive with myself and my work.  I have been sleeping really well and waking up refreshed which just makes my days that much better.  

I have been really trying ot restart my eating habits, especially for lunch, today I had a salad with avocado and a honeycrisp.  At the end of the school day (before my workout) I had a handful of popcorn.  Today at 3pm I was a little unmotivated to get to my workout, but I went and did accomplish my cardio workout and some of the core. Was it my A game, no but hey I showed up and did it!

Today I hustled and worked my butt off! I was getting everything on my list checked off, which is an excellent feeling.

I made lots of healthy food choices today, a wheat pita with salad and chicken inside, with an apple on the side. For dinner I had chicken & rice with a salad on the side.  This morning I ate a blueberry cranberry muffin from Central Market which was mighty delicious.

I went for my workout at Beyond Fit today; dead lift, bench press and rows. I was def lacking in the strength department today but I went and kept going for the workout.  Sadly there was no improvement today, actually most of my weight went down, except the rows, but I know that every now and then I am going to have off days.  So tomorrow I will hopefully be a little back on my game and see a bit of improvement.

Saturday was excellent in many ways, first off I slept till 12:30pm and then I stayed in my pajamas till 5! I cleaned up around the house, watched lots of shows on the DVR and even did a little school work. It was nice to just sit at home and be in no rush to do anything or go anywhere. We had thundercloud for lunch and went to see Looper at the draft house so I ate pizza and a side salad for dinner!





Quite the excellent Saturday! By the way Looper is amazingly good!

 
Fun Run Friday in affect today, it was nice and breezy a bit later in the morning so that was very nice!

I got up this morning and did not feel exhausted so that was a nice change of pace, my husband left me donuts in my car as a surprise too! Today I ate good and crappy, quite a variety of fruit to donuts to salad then cake balls!

I did strength training at Beyond fit today so that was a good afternoon wrap up to my day, I got to workout with my girls SB and TK which makes my workouts amazeballs!Laying around and rolling it out with my crew is a good way to end the week

Yesterday I skipped out of my workout and went to have dinner and drinks after my CAC meeting at school and it was totally worth skipping out.  First it was great to catch up with my friend, but on top of that the day of rest made a difference in my workout today.  I went to cardio and core today and I had NO back pain! Yay, first time in a long time and I was able to do the entire workout with out having to skip the core today! woot woot so proud of myself :)

So I am thinking maybe I need to take one day off during the week to give my body a little recovery time. I will see how that works and make tweeks to my workout as I see fit. I will continue to share the progress with les

Today was a crazy day, my kids were naughty naughty, I was super hungry all day (which makes me cranky) all in all there was a lot of Monkey Business going on. 

I went to Beyond Fit today for some cardio and I realize there is no core in me.  It is all back and I cannot do any core exercises without it hurting my back, which is frustrating.  I feel like someone is ripping my ribs apart.  I know this is not normal, and it is not even my normal back pain that I used to have.

I could really use some suggestions on what to do or not do to help this problem!!


 
Well it was back to work today, that goes for working out and school, we had a half day which left us with half the day to paint stencils at my school.  Painting was pretty tough manual work, we got about 4 hours done and many stencils for the students to play on tomorrow.  After a very laboring day I went and worked out at Beyond Fit (strength training today) where I got a chance to catch up with TK who I missed so much!! I didn't get a chance to see SB, she worked out earlier today so hopefully I will get a chance to chat her up tomorrow, I mean it is about being social not working out! haha

I did a halves dinner, made a salad but picked up KFC chicken, which I know is super greasy but it worked in a pinch. I was starving and ate a lot of food, I think my internal clock is still off from Vegas.

Today I took the initiative to workout on vacation, maybe things are changing because I would not have normally done that! I was very comfortable with the workout Chad had me do, squats, chin ups and dips. Warmed up on the elliptical and my after workout snack was raisin and nuts.  I then hoped into the whirlpool at the spa which really helped to relieve my hip pain.

Day 2 in Vegas cleaned me out though, so tomorrow I will mainly be watching my husband race in R/C finals. Tonight we went and saw the Beatles Love show which is just amazing and worth every penny that I lost.

 
Well I was off to Vegas today at 7:15 am which was a little brutal but worth it. I finally got to see my husband and that was so nice I had missed him very much.  So this has been day one of Vegas, took a nap, won money, ate delicious food and won money again!
