2013 first days

I have started 2013 with some major health changes, I had my hip and back injected, 6 shots in the back, pretty damn painful as it turns out. But I am taking the steps to try and ease some pain and I will be taking it easy over the next few days to try and make sure everything can go as well as it possibly can.
I am trying to be positive and do all things in my power to keep my body and my mind happy!
